Returns & Exchanges policy
All our dog bandanas are handmade in the South West of France by us. As a result, product placement does vary on each bandana. Our team is committed to creating the highest quality bandanas for your savage little ones.
We want you to be thrilled with your Savage Pups products and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Savage Pups does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased at www.savagepups.com, and in the same condition in which you received it.
You must contact us within 7 days of the item delivery date to initiate the return.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will receive store credit
- We cannot accept returns after 31 days
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund in store credit and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.
